There are 2 units of laser cutting machine with the power is 6,000W and 4,000W respectively. The highest speed is 40 meters/minute. Many kinds of materials can be cut such as carbon steel (0.3mm-25mm), stainless steel (0.3mm-16mm) and aluminum (0.3mm-16mm). And the precision can be reached to 0.05mm.
The break press machines with AMADA 100T and Yawei 500T*6200 can bend the material thickness over than 20mm with length 6.2m.
There are many wire welders and skillful technicians in the company. That will keep our products with high quality.
The Haitian Plano-milling machine with the capacity is 6500mm*3600mm*1500mm, Taiwan GAMMA high speed CNC machine and TSUGAMI CNC lathe machine can process any of machine parts. So we can provide complete service on sheet metal and machinery parts.
There are over than 20 units punch machines can provide small punch parts and high volume sheet metal parts.
